In Bangor, North Wales, Chrissy Bray, an unemployed, narcissistic drug dealer, strives for a life of lawless utopia within the profitable confines of his locally renowned party-central home. When Sam, a naive, straight edged, game design student moves in and jeopardizes this anarchic way of life, Chrissy stops at nothing to get him onside.
